How to Import ICD-10 Codes Into Your ClientTracker

CAUTION: Use only the code list provided by Ginkgo Software

1. Start On the Diagnosis Codes List
Choose File --> Import Diagnosis Codes from the top menu.

2. Click the"My Own" button to import the list you have already downloaded to your desktop.

3. Select "OK" in the Information box (blue oval in the picture below).

4. Click the "Select All" button (red oval below) to save your existing Diagnosis Codes.

5. Click "Continue" when all your existing Diagnosis Codes are selected with an "X"

6. Select "Files of type:" to be "Excel Workbooks (*.xlxs)" (blue oval in the picture below)

7. Navigate to where you have saved the ICD-10_Ginkgo.xlsx file, and click "Open" (red oval)

8. A box called "Import Field Mapping" will open. 
    -- Make sure it looks like the sample below (blue oval)
    -- You may need to drag them up or down to match
    -- Match only the 3 fields shown, and click to make a black arrow appear for each

9. When it looks like the sample below, click "Import" (red oval) to make one more choice

10. Do not change anything in the "Import Options" box, just click "Import" and WAIT

11. When all the ICD-10 codes have imported, an "Import Summary" box will show. 

12. Click "OK" to finish and return to the Diagnosis List.  Your ICD-10 codes are now ready to use.
