Are you already using ClientTracker?
Upgrade Now for an Easier Way to Deal with ICD-10 Diagnosis Codes.
Get the best list of acupuncture codes available - There are about 13,000 ICD-9 codes now, and we find that most acupuncturists use only about 600 of them.
ICD-10 has over 68,000 diagnosis codes, and another 60,000 "extra" codes. Which ones will you need to use? We have prepared an extensive, categorized library of the most likely ICD-10 codes for an acupuncture practice, so you don't have to enter all these complicated codes by hand! |
A faster, more accurate way to convert your existing codes.
Our new Code Converter feature makes conversion a breeze - What will you do after October 1 when ClientTracker faithfully copies the ICD-9 codes from a patient's previous visit, and now you need to use ICD-10 codes?
Easy Access - The Code Converter is available right on your SOAP or invoice, so you don't have to look up new codes when assisting a patient. Did we say it's fast? - Click the green button to convert to the equivalent ICD-10 code suggested. Click again to revert back. It's easy!
Get more info - Some ICD-9 codes have more than one possible equivalent. Click to expand the view and see them all, where you can pick one or even enter a new code on the fly! |
IMPORTANT: Earlier versions of ClientTracker will not display the entire ICD-10 code properly. Your claims will be denied, and patients will not be reimbursed.
Don't be fooled by other online "code converters" - Nothing out there will actually put the code into your ClientTracker for use.
You would have to do the following steps, every time you need a new code. 1. Find the new code online 2. Copy the code to the Diagnosis List so you can use it in ClientTracker 3. Copy or type the longer, more complicated description 4. Add a category so you can find it 5. Go back to your SOAP or invoice, and search for the code you just entered |
