FAQs
1. Is DayTracker available for the desktop version of ClientTracker?
No. DayTracker is currently available only for the Cloud version of ClientTracker. The calendar for ClientTracker Desktop is unchanged.
2. Can my patients access DayTracker to make their own appointments?
Not yet. The new platform gives us this possibility, and we’re working hard on it! We recommend switching to ClientTracker Cloud now, so you can get used to the new conveniences first.
3. Is DayTracker HIPAA secure?
Yes! DayTracker is part of ClientTracker and is contained within the program itself, which is protected by two levels of passwords for HIPAA security.
4. Does DayTracker sync with my mobile calendars, such as Google or iCal?
No, those calendars are not HIPAA secure because anyone who has your mobile device can access them. If you need to check your ClientTracker schedule "on the go," use ClientTracker Mobile Calendar to assist you.
5. Can I access DayTracker online, by using a web browser?
DayTracker is not accessible with a browser. It can only be accessed through your existing Cloud logins.
6. Is DayTracker available from my mobile device?
Technically yes, although the size of the screen and onscreen keyboards limit the ways you can work with DayTracker. It is intended to be used as an office schedule… our ClientTracker Mobile Calendar provides remote access to your schedule in a different way.
