1. How do I connect to ClientTracker Mobile using my mobile device?
Just download a free connection app from your App Store, then enter your Cloud login and password. When a connection is made, enter your ClientTracker password and you’re in!
2. Is ClientTracker Mobile compatible with my device?
ClientTracker Mobile is accessed using the free Microsoft RDP App, which is compatible with most popular devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Android devices with up to date OS.
3. Can I connect without using one of my Cloud logins?
No. The connection requires 2 levels of passwords to maintain HIPAA security, so an active Cloud login must be used. Just as with a computer, only one connection may use a Cloud login at a time. So if you login using your phone, and another user at the office is already using the same Cloud login, the first user will be disconnected.
4. Does ClientTracker Mobile sync with the calendar on my mobile device?
No. ClientTracker Mobile accesses only the ClientTracker Cloud calendar, which does not sync with any external calendars or other apps. Most other calendars, like Google Calendar and iCal, are not HIPAA compliant.
5. Is ClientTracker Mobile available for the desktop version of ClientTracker?
No. Due to the technology of providing this access, ClientTracker Mobile is currently available only for the Cloud version of ClientTracker. The calendar for ClientTracker Desktop is unchanged.
