Upgrades are released periodically to add new features to ClientTracker. Updates are made available to fix bugs and other issues with the existing software.

3.41 Update - June 2007
This update is free to owners of 3.2 and up, and those with a current support policy. You should receive a notification email with instructions on downloading and installing the program. If you haven't heard from us with instructions, drop us a line and we'll get you set up. If you don't qualify for a free upgrade, you can purchase the update here.

Issues addresssed in this upgrade:
-'Fr' in first names being ommited on insurance forms
-Prompting for practitioner when only one exists in calendar
-Data loss error when cancelling import of codes
-Calendar printout only prints first phone number
-Physician's license number doesn't print on blank paper CMS printout
-Credit card reconcile report shows all records, not just date range
-Client #, Chart #'s show incorrectly on Superbills
-EFT payments not auto-entered in register
-On invoices with multiple SOAPs, navigation to some SOAPs from invoice incorrect
- A number of other minor fixes and improvements

3.4 Update - March 2007
3.4 brought these features to ClientTracker.

Issues addresssed in this upgrade:
-Inventory 'on hand' amounts not calculating correctly
-Multiple tax amounts not calculating correctly
-Slow performance with thousands of invoices
-1900 dates stuck in 'signature on file' screen in some cases
- Referring physician contact phone numbers don't work correctly
- Reports/Referrals by clients – some fields not showing correctly
- A number of other minor fixes and improvements

3.33 Update - January, 2006
This upgrade worked for version 3.0 of ClientTracker or higher. It added a number of new features and improvements and fixed the following bugs:
- On old invoices (created before upgrading) the tax rate shows as 0%, but the total is unaffected.
- On old invoices created in 3.0, the practitioner name doesn't show.
- In Invoice List, 'view invoices by' not working properly (for Month, Year & Date Range)
- Superbill sporadically prints incomplete information
- Original tax information not upgraded accurately
- a number of other minor fixes
