Each unit of Technical Support provides you with one hour of technical support for issues not covered by ClientTracker's regular support or if your annual subscription has expired and you are in ClientTracker 5 or ClientTracker 6.

After purchase, please contact Ginkgo Software support for prompt service during normal business hours. If your support goes over one hour, your card will be charged in $100 increments for each additional hour required.
