What format should I use to enter the time of a new appointment?
Author:
Ginkgo Software Support
ClientTracker will accept almost any format for the time. If you do not specify AM or PM it will assume AM for hours 8 through 11 and PM for all others. For example, to schedule a new appointment for 1:30 p.m. you could enter the time as follows:
1:30 PM 130pm 13:30 130p 130
Or, to schedule a new appointment for 8:00 a.m. you could enter:
8:00 AM 800am 800a 8a 8
Try to get used to entering the time using the shortest possible format.
