Version 3.4 Upgrade Release Before April (free for owners of 3.3)
Our next upgrade will bring you a host of improvements and new features, including:

Future Price Hikes?
A number of people have asked us if we plan to change our pricing structure to include a yearly subscription rate, as a competitor has recently done. The answer is no. We intend to keep selling ClientTracker at a one-time price. There are no additional fees except support and the occasional upgrade, though a number of these are free as well (like the upcoming one, if you are an owner of 3.3).

Clearing Houses
The electronic billing feature in ClientTracker 3.4 enables you to create and send batches of invoices in electronic format to a clearing house for submission to all applicable insurance companies. Some clearing houses have a fee for using their service and some do not. Each has a list of insurance companies they submit to and services they provide. The lists for all three are quite extensive and can be found on their web sites. The following clearing houses have been tested with ClientTracker 3.4 for compatibility:
